Control over the Federal Budget revenue generation and execution
Born in the settlement of Pronin, Serafimovichi District, Volgograd Region, on December 25, 1961.
1981 – graduated from the Mikhailovskoye Pedagogical School with honors.
1986 – graduated with honors from the State University of Volgograd, with qualification of historian, teacher of history and social sciences.
1986-1989 – history teacher in a secondary school of Volgograd, senior history teacher of the Volgograd Agricultural Institute, advisor of the Political Education House.
1989-1992 – postgraduate student in the Academy of Social Sciences at the CPSU Central Committee (now the State Service Academy at the Russian President in Moscow), where he defended a candidacy thesis in Russian history in 1992.
1992-1995 - teacher.
Since January 1995, Deputy General Manager at the Volgograd Tractor Details and Standards Works, and since 1996, General Manager.
1998 – elected Deputy to the Volgograd Regional Duma where headed the Budget and Tax Committee.
Since January 25, 2001, a Representative of the Volgograd Regional Administration in the Russian Federation Federal Assembly Federation Council. He was a Member of the Federation Council Committee for Budget, Chairman of the Federation Council Commission for Cooperation with the Russian Federation Accounts Chamber.
On June 9, 2004, elected Auditor of the Russian Federation Accounts Chamber by the Federation Council.
Science Doctor in Economics, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
Hobbies: tourism, swimming.
Married, with a son and a daughter.
