Control over the Federal Budget expenditures for international and external-economic activity
Born on August 5, 1967, in the town of Belovo of the Kemerovo Region.
In 1992 graduated from V.I.Ulyanov Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute with qualification of electric engineer; in 1999 graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with qualification of economist specializing in "Finance and Credit".
In 2005 got additional higher education in the North-Western Academy of State Service with specialization in "State and Municipal Management".
From 1997 to 2001 worked as the Deputy Business Director; Deputy Director for Economy and Finance of the Pskov Electric Machine Plant OJSC (OAO "Pskovsky Elektromashinostroitelny Zavod").
From 2001 to 2004 headed the Financial Directorate of the "Natsrybresurs" Federal State Unitary Enterprise in Moscow and the Commercial Department of the North-Western Interregional Non-Governmental Organization Federation of Cosmonautics of Russia in Saint Petersburg.
From 2004 to 2005 was the Deputy Director General for Economy and Finance of the Union "Regional Rescue Service".
From May 2005 to May 2007 was the Deputy Governor - the Head of the Local Self-Government Directorate of the Administration of the Kamchatka Region, the Deputy Governor of the Kamchatka Region.
On May 23, 2007, was appointed the acting Governor of the Kamchatka Region. Being approved by the Council of People's Deputies of the Kamchatka Region and the Duma of the Koryak Autonomous District, became the Governor of the new entity the Kamchatka Krai, founded on July 1, 2007.
On February 25, 2011 resigned from the post of the Governor of the Kamchatka Krai on his own will.
On March 23, 2011 was appointed to the position of the Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation by the Decision of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation as advised by the President of the Russian Federation.
Married, has a daughter.
