Account Chamber of the Russian Federation

Article 1

The following amendments to be included into Article 30 of the Federal Law dated January 11, 1995, No. 4-FZ, "On the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation" (Collection of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 1995, №3, Art. 167) by adding parts two and three as follows:

"The control over the use of the Federal Budget funds shall be performed under executive decisions of the President of the Russian Federation, the resolutions of the Federation Council and/or the resolutions of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The resolution of the Federation Council and/or the resolution of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the issue of the control over the use by the Accounts Chamber of the Federal Budget funds allocated for its upkeep shall be passed on the initiative of no less then one fifth of the total number of the members of the Federation Council and/or of the deputies of the State Duma"

Article 2

This Federal Law shall come into force from the date of its official publication.
